Our Story

Foley Hospitality (formerly known as Nourish Group) is built on excellence that spans decades. Throughout the years, we have solidified a reputation as one of New Zealand's most regarded hospitality companies. Our aspiration is simple, continue to create and maintain iconic & relevant institutions. This organically creates unforgettable guest experiences.

We have a diverse collection of 10 iconic restaurant and bars across Auckland, Wellington, and Queenstown. We understand that each guest’s needs are unique when they choose to visit us, and our dedicated team is ready to make each moment special.

Mike Higgins

CEO

Mike brings a wealth of leadership experience to Foley Hospitality, with a deep passion for people, a strong focus on customer experience, and proven commercial acumen. A Canterbury native Mike’s career includes chartered accounting, professional sport, and advertising where he held leading roles for Clemenger group for 23 years. Mike helped shape Australasia’s leading creative agencies, including Colenso BBDO and Clemenger BBDO. A keen sporting fan, a highlight of Mike’s career to date was his involvement in the establishment of new professional football team - Auckland FC in 2024. As Chief Commercial Officer, his contributions to AFC’s foundations and growth have honed his ability to build strong teams, foster culture, and deliver exceptional experiences – values that align with hospitality. Outside of work, Mike is a dedicated family man to wife Anna, and their three children. Known for his big personality, approachability, and energy, Mike is dedicated to creating places where people love to be – both for guests and the teams who make it happen.
